Breakfast:

3 Turk saus

So I tried something new today.....I went to Jolts and Juice before work to get my weekly splurge of a coffee and I had them put whole milk in it and made it sugar free. Whooza....it was super rich. Not sure that I will be doing that again.

 

Snack:

10 almonds

 

Lunch:

1 1/2 chicken saus.

Steamed mixed veggies

Workout and Food Log

Missed yesterday's log, but I did well with nutrition and with my hard day of our program.

 

Today's Workout:

1 minute push press pre hand with the 18 lb.

2 minutes 1-arm swing (1 minute per hand) with the 18 lb.

1 minute rest

2 minutes swing

1 minute rest

 

Did 4 rounds of this, gearig up for some hefty dead lifts tomorrow, eek!

10 double front squats with the 44 lb's

 

4 sets of:

 

1 minute presses each hand 26 lb.

1 minute rest

1 minute swings with the 35 lb.
