Notes:

Butchered a pig, so you'll be seeing more pork products... home grown by my ten year old, not that I'm proud or anything...  :)

 

Workout:

  • 12 minutes of sprints.  30 seconds on, one minute walk
  • Wasn't nearly as bad as I had imagined.  May have to do this more often.  :)

Nutrition:

 

Water: 0.5 gallons

 

8:00a - Noon:

25g whey protein

Banana

1000mg krill oil, 1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus

2000iu Vitamin-D, Opti-Men multivitamin

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Probiotic

Beef Pad Prik King (ginger, onions, peppers, snow peas, Thai long beans, bamboo, carrots, curry)

Steamed broccoli, squash, snow peas & carrots

Iced tea

Iced black coffee

0.5oz 85% dark chocolate
Mixed fresh berries

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

400iu Vitamin-D, 1000mg Calcium

500mg Magnesium

 

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Small grilled steak & salmon

Mixed fruit

0.5oz 88% dark chocolate

1000mg fish oil, 1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus

It's great you are incorporating sprints...they will be beneficial! And home grown meat is the best! =)
