Workout:
  • Six, four rung ladder of strict presses and two-handed swings
    • All swings @ 28kg
    • First rung of presses @ 24kg
    • Other rungs of presses @ 20kg
    • Extra minute rest between ladders
      • Took an extra minute (two minutes total) between ladder four and five

Nutrition:

 

Water: One gallon

 

8:00a - Noon:

Three lipo6 black caps

Two eggs, olive oil, jalapeno, onions

Four sausage links

black coffee

1000mg krill oil, 1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus

2000iu Vitamin-D, Opti-Men multivitamin

0.5oz 85% dark chocolate


Noon - 4:00p:

Ginger citrus skillet chicken

400iu Vitamin-D, 1000mg Calcium

500mg Magnesium

 

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Nectarine

0.5oz 85% dark chocolate

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

Paleo sweet potato beef stew

Mixed fresh berries

1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus

Thanks! That workout was pretty brutal. When I got back to work I had three different people comment on how wiped out I looked. :)

Quite tasty!  It's the red curry stew from the everyday paleo cook book.  Kids even like it!
