Let me preface this post by saying that I know this was not a good "eating" day. It was a busy day and my eating was way off.....

Breakfast:

1 sausage right before my workout

Workout:

50 hindu squats

4 Rounds of:

1 min press per hand w/26

Rest 1 min

I min 1 arm swings w/26

Rest 1 min

1 min 1 arm swings

Rest 1 min

1 min 1 arm swings

Rest 2 min

The very last round on my 2nd set of swings I ripped another stinkin hole in my palm.....so frustrating!

Went to a bridal shower, and it was during lunch so I had some fruit...since everything else was a no-no

Snack:

Cliff bar.....not the best choice....

Dinner:

Roast w/ carrots, red pot.

Green salad

Did have some apple crisp that I made. And I will not lie....it was very good, and worth it!

Wish I could have seen that...awesome!! The socks might work because they aren't attached to the rest of your hand like a glove. The handle can just slip over your palm...If you try it, let me know how it works! =)

I actually tried cutting the fingers off of some gloves and wearing those but they seemed to cause their own issues.  The sock idea might work......and it would just be until my hands healed! I wouldn't use them all the time! And Jim saw my awesome green 80's gloves when I wore them the other day! :)

These days happen...Just dust yourself off and start new today! Sorry about your hand...I've read of people cutting the tops off new socks and wearing that top piece over their palms...supposed to help prevent tears. Not sure how Jim would feel about that, tho...LoL!
