Breakfast:

3 Tukey Saus.

Coffe w/ creamer

 

Lunch:

1 1/2 chick. saus.

Steamed mixed veggies

Orange

 

Dinner:

4 small slices of bacon

2 eggs w/ shredded cheese

 

Workout:

90 sec press per hand w/ 35  L hand-14, R hand-17

1 min rest

1 min 1 arm swings w/44 (about 16-17 swings per hand)

1 min rest

1 min 1 arm swings w/44

1 min rest

1 min 1 arm swings w/44

Rest 3 min

 

Repeat above except 60 sec press (about 10 reps per hand) then 45 sec press ( about 8 per hand) then 30 sec per hand (about 6 per hand)      And the last set of swings I switched to hindu squats for min sets since I further tore the sore on my palm. Going to do the hindu squats this week instead of the swings to see if I can't get my hands to heal! :)

 

Had a bowl of air-popped popcorn when I got home!

Great job! Your poor hand...hope it heals quickly. I need to get in on these hindu squats...I'm down for a change from the usual double front squats!
