Notes:

Sorry no log from yesterday.  The floods in the east coast caused some chaos for us at work. Although nothing compared to the folks actually over there.  :(

 

Was a pretty normal rest day.  Only cheat to report was a couple Jack Daniels with diet cola.  That, plus sleep deprivation, knocked me right out.  :)

 

Workout:

  • Five, four rung ladders of strict presses & two-handed swings
    • Swings, ten reps @ 28kg
    • First rung of presses @ 24kg
    • Other rungs @ 20kg
    • One minute rest between ladders

Nutrition:

 

Water: One gallon

 

8:00a - Noon:

Two eggs, olive oil, jalapeno, onions

Two chicken habanero sausages

1000mg krill oil, 1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus

2000iu Vitamin-D


Noon - 4:00p:

Iced black coffee

Beef jerky

Banana

Nectarine


 

4:00p - 10:00p:

60g After Glow post workout protein

14 pieces of sashimi. Salmon, tuna, eel, octopus (no rice)

Small bowl miso soup

Small seaweed salad

Iced tea

0.5oz 88% dark chocolate

Costco. But I've seen them around at other stores too.
