- So, I was pretty bad this afternoon. While I was at Albertsons getting creamer (natural creamer; only 4 ingredients!) for me & graham crackers for the boys, I also made a naughty purchase. Cookies. I was specifically interested in finding those little two cookie packages of "Grandma's" cookies. They didn't have those, so I settled for a package of Albertson's brand chocolate chip cookies (no, not the bakery ones).
Now, buying the cookies wasn't just an impulse buy, I sought this evil things out! I made a point to buy them. And I ate 11 of them with a glass of milk like it was no thang. If I'd been squeaky clean in my nutrition since my cheat meal last week, I wouldn't stress it as much. But I haven't. If it's any consolation, I did seek out cookies not made with high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils. Still garbage regardless...
* I added the calorie & sugar total for those 11 cookes: 880 calories & 66g of sugar. Ack!!

(I almost didn't want supper since I was still slightly queasy from the cookies. Unsurprisingly, REAL food actually settled my tummy)
