FOOD LOG:
7:00AM
- Cup of coffee with creamer
7:45AM
- 1 egg with 2 whites cooked in the microwave with a tsp of coconut oil
- Half an Oroweat double fiber english muffin with a little homemade apricot jam
10:30AM (Post-Workout)
- Muscle Milk "Chocolate Peanut Caramel" bar (why must these things be so sickly sweet?)
12:30PM
- A pile of baked chicken breast (Walmart)- about a whole breast worth
- 1/2C of full fat cottage cheese
5:00PM (CHEEEAAAT!!)
- Tonight we went to The Ram in Meridian for a late birthday dinner. I had the Stadium Burger with BBQ sauce, fries (they gave about the equivalent of small) and a Dragonberry Mojito. They have awesome food, never dissapointed.
- A mini Nutter Butter Blizzard from DQ =)
TRAINING:
9:00AM
- 10 Ladders: Sets of 2,3,5 (Kicked my arse, but felt darn good completing it)
- Double presses with the 35s (100 total)
- Pullups following each set of presses (100 total)
