- Cup of coffee with a scoop of TruWhip, cream & coconut extact
9:00AM
- Leftover beef enchilada casserole
3:45PM
- Chicken Salad: 2 cans of chicken breast, 1 can of water chesnuts, mayo, a heaping spoonful of greek yogurt, 2 sliced celery stalks, 2 chopped slices of cooked bacon, pepper, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder (Only ate a bit over half)
- Handful of raw almonds
(Having that large serving of the enchilada casserole for breakfast was certainly filling for the long haul!)
6:00PM
- A quarter pound hotdog with ketchup
8:45PM (Post-Workout)
- Smoothie: 25g vanilla whey, 1C unsweetened almond milk, about a cup of frozen cherries, 1tsp psyllium fiber, chocolate extract, banana extract
TRAINING:
7:10AM
- Sprints on Treadmill
7:00PM
- 100 Pushups on large stability ball Supersetted with Ring Rows: 10 sets of 10
- Double KB Presses: 1 set of 5 with the 35s, 2 sets of 10 with the 26s
- Bicep Curls with two 15# dumbbells: 4 sets of 10
- Bench Dips: 8 sets of 12
- 50 Knee Raises
- A few pullups with a karate belt for fun
(I'm coming down with a cold, so I didn't get in quite the quantity of work like I'd wanted)

Yes, unfortunately my cold has progressed since yesterday... I tend to recover quickly, so I'm hopeful for that this time around.
