Day #7 of detox:

 

HAPPY EASTER!!!!

 

Breakfast:

2 slices of bacon

 

Lunch:

Large green salad with cucumbers, tom. brocc. hard-boiled egg, celery, carrots, cheese, sunflower seeds, turkey and ham.  My sister and I attempted to make our own dressing with vinegar, EVOO, fresh grated garlic, yellow mustard and some spices. It was alright, but don't think I'll be making it again.

Day #6 of detox

 

Breakfast:

3 chicken saus

 

Lunch:

Went to Idaho Pizza for lunch.......had a large green salad with lots of veggies and some cheese and sunflower seeds. A little bit of a hard time not having dressing but it was ok. REALLY missing my soda today! Did have one slice of canadian pizza toppings pulled off the crust and cut up on my salad. Tried to get off as much sauce as I could.

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs

2 scoops of Jack3d

Lunch: 2 slices of GF bread (does have 1 gr. of sugar per slice, oops!) with almond butter and 1 banana

Snack:One granny smith apple cored and baked w/butter, cinnamon and chopped pecans.

Dinner: taco w/refried beans, some cheese, shredded chicken

DAY 5

Well, it's day five. So far, so good. There is one problem though. I woke up in jail this morning. It seems that sometime during the night, someone broke into DK Donuts on State Street in Boise. They arrested me because I was outside the shop screaming something about not knowing that all leftover donuts were given to  the women's shelter at close of business and how unfair it was that a person can't even find a day-old donut at 3:00am.

Day 4 of detox:

 

Breakfast:

3 turk saus

 

small handful of almonds

 

Lunch:

Large salad with peppor., cucum., brocc., hard boiled eggs, a little cheese, peas,tom., sunflower seeds. No dressing.

 

Dinner:

breakfast 2 cups black coffe, 2 strips of turkey bacon (i made the mistake of putting it in my mouth before reading the ingredients...3rd item on the list...SUGAR)

lunch 2 small pork ribs 5 spears asparagus 2 hard boiled eggs

dinenr 4 oz talapia grilled in a little butter, sauteed onios-bell peppers-mushrooms, baby spinach drizzled with home made dressing (olive oil with an italian herbs and celery salt)

workout/nutrition 4/4

nutrition: breakfast - black coffee, lunch - grilled chicken salad with some cubed bell peppers, onion and 1 hardboiled egg. didn't get a chance to make a dressing so i used an approved sugar free dijon mustard... didn't make me gag so i guess it was ok. pre work out snack (i was starving) cheese stick and a little tuna right out of the can.  post workout dinner 6oz sirloin seasoned only with salt and pepper, 1 cup steamed broccoli and carrots and a side salad with a little bit of grated…

Day 3

Rachelle, I would certainly appreciate any menu ideas. I have my lunches pretty well covered since Moon's Restaurant is across the street from my office. They make the best burgers and milk shakes in town. (Don't tell Jim B.) However, I am having trouble with dinner and specially with breakfast. Can I really eat eggs and bacon? It seems counter intuitive but what do I know.

The squirrel was tasty but a bit overdone.

Breakfast 7:30 am 2 fried eggs and a couple bites of ham.

10:00 snack: Puffed corn (baked popcorn w/o the hulls) and handful of baby carrots w/almond butter

12:00 Lunch: about 1/2 cup almonds

3:00 cheese stick

6:30 Dinner went to McD. (Olivia got a free meal there for being student of the week).  Ate small portion of french fries.

21 day sugar detox

Well, once gain I have let myself be influenced by Jim B. I am so scared of him that I just can't seem to say "No, Jim I do not want to eat strange stuff I have never heard of and starve myself for a month just to satisfy your morbid personality." 100 DOUBLE KETTLEBELL THRUSTERS

100 PULLUPS

Broke the thrusters into sets of 5, and rotated light, medium and heavy through the double 16kg, 24kg and 32kg. 35 reps total with the 16s and the 24s, 30 total with the 32s.

Alternated between the 20 sets of 5 of each exercise each minute for 40 minutes.
