Day #5 of detox
Breakfast:
3 turkey sausages
WORKOUT:
tabata sets of:
ball slams/swings
sit-ups/burpees
ring-rows/push-ups
squats/jump squats
LOVE TABATAS!!!
Lunch:
3 eggs sauteed in butter with onions, red peppers, a little cheddar cheese, sausage
5 slices of cucumber and tomato
2 celery sticks with almond butter
Dinner:
Green salad with tomato and grilled chicken
couple of green beans and a little full-fat cottage cheese
Went to Costco tonight with some family from out of town. Knew that everyone would be getting a smoothie or yogurt when we were done so I was prepared and brought a granny smith apple and some almonds that Tim and I snacked on while everyone else had their dessert. It wasn't that hard.....beacuse I was prepared!!
