TRAINING:
100 DOUBLE KETTLEBELL THRUSTERS
100 PULLUPS

Broke the thrusters into sets of 5, and rotated light, medium and heavy through the double 16kg, 24kg and 32kg. 35 reps total with the 16s and the 24s, 30 total with the 32s.

Alternated between the 20 sets of 5 of each exercise each minute for 40 minutes.

Weighed in tonight at 230lbs on the scale, with no significant loss of leanness over the past 2.5 weeks of this program, but I have gained approximatley 3-5lbs of muscle in that time.

It is not my mission to gain size, so I will lay off this at the end of this week. I was a little concerned with losing a small amount of muscle over the past few months. Not any more. Some people have to fight to gain muscle. I am definitely not one of those guys.

Using zero supplements to assist in muscle gain. Just doing hard ass full-body exercises that are proven to produce results, and produce massive amounts of growth hormone and elevate testosterone.

7am-
2 Hydroxycut Hardcore caps

8am-
25gr Carnivore protein with 1 tsp cinnamon
about 10 raw hazelnuts
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

2pm-
3 eggs fried in coconut oil
about 10oz of steak
3600mg fish oil

415pm-
2 Hydroxycut Hardcore caps

7pm-
25gr Carnivore protein
1 green tipped banana

10pm
1 can of smoked oysters
2 large chicken breasts pan-cooked in coconut oil, cut up and mixed in a giant spinach salad with kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, onion and my homemade basalmic vinaigrette dressing
3600mg fish oil

About 11pm I will have some roobios tea with 3mg of melatonin and 2 ZMA capsules
