RE: Steak - This was not grassfed...Can't wait until they slaughter the next one. This was crappy store bought round steak, but it was buy one, get one free, so I couldn't pass that up. Marinated in basalmic vinegar, and grilled very hot and fast to lock all the juice in, it was awesome. I know having a good source of grassfed beef is the ideal, but I don't let that be an excuse to eat junk. Don't let not being absolutely perfect be an excuse not to eat the foods you should be, but make sure you are getting plenty of omega 3s from other sources.
About 1130 I will take 3mg melatonin and 3 ZMA capsules with some roobios tea.
