Breakfast 7:30 am 2 fried eggs and a couple bites of ham.

10:00 snack: Puffed corn (baked popcorn w/o the hulls) and handful of baby carrots w/almond butter

12:00 Lunch: about 1/2 cup almonds

3:00 cheese stick

6:30 Dinner went to McD. (Olivia got a free meal there for being student of the week).  Ate small portion of french fries.

No work-out today.
