50 Double Kettlebell Thrusters
50 Pullups
(Rotated 5s on the minute for 20 minutes, used 16s, 24s and 32s for thrusters)

5pm-
Taekwon-Do: 15 hyungs, basics.

NUTRITION:
8am-
1 scoop Universal Animal Rage (trying something new...Good stuff!)

1015am (first meal)
2 scoops Syntha-6 protein, gives about 26gr carbohydrate)
About 12 hazelnuts
5 dried apricots
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

3pm-
About 8oz leftover steak
5 strips of bacon
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

5pm-preworkout
2 Hydroxycut Hardcore caps

10pm-
Big chunk of grilled wild salmon
1 whole avocado with lime, salt and pepper
Bunch of aparagus spears, pan-cooked in coconut oil with kosher salt
2 small baked potatoes with tons of butter and red pepper flake

1130pm-
3 ZMA capsules
3mg melatonin

04/05 Nutrition: Very strict. Even survived a trip to TX Roadhouse with parents and maintained strict nutrition.
