(Laddered light, medium, heavy in sets of 5 on-the-minute of thrusters with 16s, 24s and 32s, alternated with pullups).
Done with 3-weeks of thrusters and pullups. Weighed in at 229lbs tonight. A consistent 3-5lbs heavier, and just as lean as a few weeks ago. 50/50 mix of bodyweight and full-body movement is a sure way to add lean tissue in a hurry!
