7:50AM

- A sample packet of Amino Recovery + Energy from BB.com in water

8:30AM

- A 2 jumbo egg & baby portobello mushroom omelette cooked in butter, seasoned with a little salt/pepper & topped with a little grated mild cheddar

- 2 strips of applewood bacon

- A bunch of kale sauteed in a butter/EVOO mix and seasoned with a little seasoning salt

12:30PM

- A big salad consisting of baby spinach, broccoli slaw, cucumbers, baby portobello mushrooms, carrots, celery & ranch

- One brownie from yesterday

2:15PM

- Some sliced jicama sprinkled with a little salt

3:30PM

- 1oz ham & 1oz turkey wrapped around a slice of mild cheddar

- Half a granny smith with peanut butter

7:25PM

- A bowl of rice mixed with green beans, chicken & celery


TRAINING:


5:30PM

- 100 2-Arm Swings with the 62

- 100 1-Arm Swings with the 44

- 100 Hand 2 Hand Swings with the 35

- 100 Swing & Releases with the 53

I see I labeled them wrong...swing and release just makes more sense..LoL! And thanks Pam! My hands were hurting thru those...
