Day #3 of Detox

 

Breakfast:

Tried black coffee today with a splash of vanilla....not good but not horrible

3 turk saus

2 eggs cooked in butter

 

Lunch:

amylou patty with brocc/caulif.

 

Workout:

Went to do the workout tonight. Have been really struggling with this chest cold. Did 4 rounds of the workout and then had a coughing fit and couldn't catch my breath so decided to call it quits for the night.

4 rounds of:

7 double kb squats

7 suitcase deadlifts

7 strict push-ups on kb handles

7 double cleans

 

Dinner:

sauteed onions and broccoli with sausage and avacado

handful of almonds

I'm getting the coconut the next time I go the store! Thanks for all your encouragement! There are days I definetly need it!!!

I had to laugh at your use of that vanilla. I'm sorry you didn't like it. I probably wouldn't have liked it at first but now when I try to use creamer or sugar-free syrup, it all tastes fake or I can really detect the alcohols in the syrup. Now, the little flavor and sweetness the vanilla provides is enough. Something else you might try is unsweetened coconut milk (Fred Meyer I know has some and there are no sugars) by So Delicious and the vanilla. Or even full fat coconut milk in the can...experiment!
