TRAINING:

8PM- 75yd hill sprints and burpees. 

I missed Taekwon-Do practice tonight, but wanted something I felt would be metabolically similar to it. So, I drove the dogs to a nasty hill in the desert and did some hill sprints and burpees. I supersetted them together by doing five burpees at the bottom of the hill and then immediately doing the steep uphill run.
