Now here is failure to plan!
Took some meat out tonight to cook, but evidently not soon enough and it was still frozen at 930. We decided to eat out, and about the only place nearby is Applebee's. I decided to make it a cheat meal and got a rack of ribs with baked potato and washed it down with about 24oz of lager.
Trust me, it was good at the time. I think all the sugar is making me feel a little out of it. Certainly not enough alcohol there to do much.
Rushed home and took some fish oil and cod liver oil to balance out all that inflammatory stuff.
