130pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

4 eggs

handful of BBQ pork jerky

16 raw almonds

4pm-

3 scoops Muscletech Neurocore

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

5 strips of bacon

huge chicken breast cooked in bacon grease

a TON of grilled zucchini spears with parmesean cheese

huge plate of jasmine rice

about 2oz of 72% dark chocolate
