12 MINUTES, ALTERNATING 48KG (106LB) KETTLEBELL SWINGS AND 200YD JOG. 

BOX JUMPS 5 X 5 @ 30"

630PM-

TAEKWON-DO: 21 HYUNGS, BASICS, SPARRING, BREAKING.

NUTRITION:

11AM-

50gr Carnivore protein with 1 tbsp brown sugar

handful of blueberries

handful of raw almonds

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil cap

3pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 leftover grilled chicken breast

5 strips of bacon

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

5,000iu vitamin D

530pm-

3 scoops Muscletech Neurocore

10pm-

Huge grilled steak

huge spinach salad with 1/2 an avocado, 1 whole tomato, raw sunflower seeds, whole broccoli crown, kalamata olives and homemade dressing. 

3600mg fish oil

cod liver oil

About 1130 I will hit the ZMA and melatonin.
