Sumo-Deadlifts

2 x 3 @ 385#

2 x 3 @ 365#

Double-Kettlebell Swings

10 x 5 (5 sets with double 70s, 5 sets with double 88s).

Yes, I did train 3x today.

300mg caffeine

1050am-(postworkout)

25gr Carnivore protein 

handful of raw almonds

1 banana

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil cap

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

handful of beef jerky

one whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper

2 Roma tomatoes with kosher salt and pepper

about 1oz of pepperjack cheese

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil cap

5000iu vitamin D

415pm-(preworkout)

2 scoops Muscletech Neurocore

1030pm-

Now this is a salad!

Mixing bowl-size spinach salad with the following in it:

4 strips of bacon

2 large chicken breasts, cooked in bacon grease

a whole Roma tomato

chopped mushrooms

kalamata olives

whole large broccoli crown

whole avocado

raw sunflower seeds

drenched in homemade olive oil and basalmic vinegar dressing

1 tbsp coconut oil

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil cap

vitamin E

I will hit the ZMA and melatonin
