This was a little lax on the nutrition side. It was more like just nibbling on things for about an hour, while sipping some beer. I can still handle a small amount of clear lager, and I have some about once a week.
1 whole avocado with lime, salt and pepper
1 whole steamed artichoke, dipped in melted butter and lemon
1 whole large broccoli crown dipped in Ceasar dressing
