(Yes, you read that right. Deadlifts two days in a row. You can do this without any problems as long as you keep your reps low, your rest time between sets generous, and never approach failure. Also, this is the start of a new cycle, so the weights are pretty low.)

200mg caffeine

730am-

BBQ pork jerky, almonds and coconut oil

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

3 eggs cooked in coconut oil

about 8oz of leftover poached wild salmon

4pm-

3 scoops Muscletech Neurocore (grape. It tastes amazing!)

10pm-

2 glasses of pinot noir, from Indian Creek Winery...an awesome local winery!

1 tbsp coconut oil

Huge chicken breast pan-cooked in coconut oil, with fresh chopped garlic, red pepper flake, kosher salt and pepper

huge spinach salad with tons of misc. vegetables and 1/2 an avocado, with homemade EVOO and basalmic vinegar dressing. 

whole raw broccoli crown, dipped in Ceasar dressing. 

Giant plate of jasmine rice with wheat-free soy sauce.

About 12am I will take my ZMA and melatonin....Zzzzzzzz.
