Gotta trust me on this: Nutrition decent these three days. I just didn't have time log!

The only digression was last night (Friday). I was Stacey and my anniversary, seven years since our first date, and six years since we have been married. We both decided on Tucano's for dinner, since we are both pretty strict paleo eaters, and you can maintain that at that restaurant fairly well...at least until you add in a Corona and shot of tequila!

So, we did not deprive ourselves of good food or a good time, we just didn't want to get sick eating some kind of grain, and we are both sensitive to it now.
