I would call this a Paleo-plus meal. Paleo...plus, what a caveman would have eaten if he'd of had the chance.
Wendy's triple cheeseburger with large fries. Yes, it was good.
9:30pm-
Huge salad with 2 grilled chicken breast with tons of vegetables and homemade dressing.
Bunch of asparagus spears cooked in coconut oil with lemon on it.
About 1/2 of a whole grilled pineapple.
