TRAINING:

10am-

300 squats (one set for 10 minutes straight)

50 pullups 

50 ring dips(alternated between these two in sets)

7pm-

Sumo-Deadlifts

5 X 2 @ 405

NUTRITION: Ran the gamut from super strict to complete junk today.

9am-(preworkout)

200mg caffeine

10:50am-(postworkout 1st meal)

BBQ pork jerky, raw almonds, blueberries, 1 banana

fish oil

vitamin E

cod liver oil

1:30pm-Yummy cheat meal!

I would call this a Paleo-plus meal. Paleo...plus, what a caveman would have eaten if he'd of had the chance. 

Wendy's triple cheeseburger with large fries. Yes, it was good. 

9:30pm-

Huge salad with 2 grilled chicken breast with tons of vegetables and homemade dressing.

Bunch of asparagus spears cooked in coconut oil with lemon on it. 

About 1/2 of a whole grilled pineapple.

11:30: I will hit the ZMA, vitamin D and melatonin.
