* With regards to the 99% cacao chocolate yesterday, a square a day is fine to be had at my own discretion because I don't have weight loss goals. 100% cacao is ideal and I do have a bar of that. I decided that even tho I just bought a few bars of 99% cacao chocolate, I will steer clear of it as much as possible and use things like teas and maybe some of the "treat" recipes included in the detox manual instead.
