- 1 egg + egg whites, scrambled in butter and topped with a little hot sauce
- 3 strips of bacon
12:05PM
- Handful of almonds
- 2 squares of dark salted bacon chocolate
3:20PM
- Salad consisting of romaine mix, a little broccoli slaw, baby carrots, cucumber slices, a can of chicken breast, a handful of walnuts & ranch
5:20PM (Pre-Workout)
- A zero carb Rockstar
7:30PM (Post-Workout)
- Fresh pineapple
- Shredded pork with Franks RedHot sauce
8:30PM
- A little more pineapple and shredded pork
TRAINING:
9:35AM
- 10 Jump Squats at the top of the first minute followed by 10 pushups at the top of the next. Repeat for 10 Rounds (20 minutes)
6:10PM (Light weight day)
- 5 Double KB Thrusters alternating the 26s & the 35s at the top of the first minute with 5 pullups at the top of the next
- Repeat for 20 rounds (40 minutes)
