**Was hit fast with a cold Monday night, so my nutrition was a little slim and a little frumpy the last two days. Also, no workout Tuesday.
8:30AM
- 1 egg + whites cooked in butter with salt & pepper
- 3 pork sausages
10:00AM
- The last 2 squares of my dark salted bacon chocolate
1:30PM
- A bbq chicken breast
- A little romaine salad mix with ranch
3:55PM
- Protein Smoothie: About 8oz unsweetened almond milk, one scoop of chocolate whey, a big spoonful of crunchy peanut butter and 4 frozen strawberries
8:10PM (Post-Workout)
- 21 protein + 12g simple sugars in water
9:00PM
- Can of chicken breast with a little mayo, walnuts & ground pepper
- 1/4 of my son's leftover cheeseburger (Just had a little mayo and some romaine left on it. I picked the bun off)
TRAINING:
6:30PM (Medium weight day)
- 5 Double KB Thrusters with the 35s at the top of the first minute followed by 5 pullups at the top of the next
- Repeat for 20 rounds (Due to still getting over my cold, my energy wasn't 100% so I needed to take an extra minute several times in order to keep up with the weight.)
