- 1 small green zucchini sliced and cooked in butter with salt, pepper & garlic powder
- 2 eggs fried in butter with a little salt & pepper
- 3 strips of bacon

- 1 banana

- 42g chocolate whey in 10oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 5 pieces of my son's popcorn chicken
6:45PM
- About half a spaghetti squash with a meat sauce consisting of tomatoes, elephant garlic, onion, green pepper, carrots, ground beef & seasonings. 4 slices of fresh mozzarella were melted on top
- 2 slices of fresh mozz while waiting for the squash to finish
TRAINING:
1:45PM
- 20 minutes of:
- 10 2-Arm Swings with the 72 at the top of one minute
- 10 Hindu Pushups on a 4in board on the next (after about 10 minutes I could only eek out 8 pushups)
* I felt the intense effects of this the whole rest of the day...
