February 27th:
8:30AM
- 3 slices of bacon
- 2 eggs fried over medium in bacon fat- seasoned with a little salt and pepper
1:15PM
- 2 seasoned beef patties on romaine salad mix with a little shredded parmesan & mozzarella, half an avocado and ranch
3:20PM
- A few bites of homemade vanilla ice cream
- A tiny slice of some left over birthday cake (used the same recipe for the flourless cake I previously made, except this time I added sugar/fat free chocolate pudding to the mix)
6:30PM
*Dinner at the Ram!
- 8oz sirloin cooked medium, veggies consisting of yellow and green beans & baby carrots and 4 fried prawns (my bad on those prawns as I failed to specify that I wanted them grilled)
8:30PM
- The last of the flourless birthday cake with a couple scoops of homemade vanilla ice cream
TODAY:
7:20AM
- Cup of coffee with half a packet of stevia and heavy cream (only drank half)
9:00AM
- 3 egg omelette with parmesan, mozzarella, cream cheese, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Topped with half an avocado
1:40PM
- 2 slices of leftover pizza
6:30PM (Post-Workout)
- 16oz chocolate milk
8:20PM
- Beef patty seasoned with salt/pepper and with a smear of cream cheese
- California blend veggies with butter
TRAINING:
5:30PM
- Warmup of 1-arm swings for one minute per hand: 3x
- Did first round with the 35 and the rest with the 26
- 3 Rounds:
- 10 laps jogged around field
- 8 Suitcase deadlifts with the 70s
- 6 Renegade rows w/push up with the 35s
