February 29th:
7:20AM
- Cup of coffee with half a packet of stevia and unsweetened vanilla almond milk
9:00AM
- 2 egg ham and mozzarella omelette cooked in a little butter with ground pepper & hot sauce
- 4 strips of bacon
1:20PM
- Handful of raw almonds
2:30PM
- A bunch of baby carrots cooked in pastured butter and garlic
- A medium sized chicken breast oven baked with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin and lime juice. I also dipped the chicken into the butter from the carrots..yum
3:30PM
- A couple small scoops of homemade vanilla ice cream (made with protein powder!) and a little sugar free chocolate syrup...I could really taste the alcohols in the syrup; yuck.
7:00PM
- 2 quarter pound hotdogs with mustard relish & ketchup
8:40PM
- One chopped red apple nuked with one stevia packet and cinnamon & mixed with a cup of full fat cottage cheese
Today:
7:20AM
- Cup of coffee with cinnamon vanilla creamer
9:00AM
- One egg scrambled in butter with a little salt
- A little bit of ham
11:15AM
- Big piece of homemade jerky
- Handful of raw almonds
1:45PM
- A 6oz cup of plain Oikos greek yogurt with some fruit cocktail (in juice)
- Handful of tortilla chips
5:00PM
- 2 seasoned beef patties with a little cream cheese in the middle, wrapped in lettuce leaves with ketchup/mustard
- Cup of coffee with creamer
7:45PM (Post-Workout)
- A Mariani Sesame Honey Bar (consists of nothing but seeds, nuts, raisins & honey)
8:45PM
- A white cupcake with whipped cream frosting
TRAINING:
7:00PM
- 100 1-Arm swings (first 10 with the 62, the rest with the 70)
- 100 Burpees
