Yesterday:


I didn't keep track of what times I ate yesterday, so I'll just list out the things I had.

- Coffee with creamer

- 1 biscuit with a little sausage gravy, another biscuit with cherry jam (post-workout)

- A few bites of homemade Jagermeister sugar free ice cream

- 4 pineapple rings

- 2 spinach & mushroom stuffed chicken breasts

- A slice of homemade birthday cake (gluten/dairy free)

- Dirty rice with black beans; about 1/2C worth


TRAINING:


9:00AM

-Warmup: Long Cycle Press- 1 min per hand x3 with the 26

- 5 Rounds:

  • 50ft walking lunges with the 26 overhead
  • 16 Alternating Kettlebell Pushups
  • 30 2-Arm Swings with the 62
  • 5 Burpees

Today- March, 5th

*Today kicks off the first day of my 21-day sugar detox!


8:25AM

- 3 slices of thick cut bacon

- 2 jumbo eggs cooked over medium in butter

- A cup of organic green tea

11:30AM

- Tuna Stuffed Tomato: 1 large tomato, halved and gutted. Stuff with a mixture of one can of tuna, half an avocado, some minced fresh onion, salt, pepper & cumin (not a fan of the flavor combo, but it was my doing- not by a recipe)

- 1 slice of a Granny Smith apple

1:15PM

- A cup of organic green tea (reused the bag from this morning)

3:15PM

- A bunch of cucumber slices with salt

- 8 baby carrots

- Big handful of almonds

6:30PM (Post-Workout)

- 1 granny smith apple; sliced

7:45PM

- One large, on the bone chicken breast seasoned with salt & Mrs Dash; oven baked

- Green beans cooked in coconut oil with onion and a little soy sauce

- A couple small bites of some sweet potato with butter & cinnamon


TRAINING:


6:20PM

- Warmup of 5mins jumping rope

- 5 Rounds:

  • 20 Double KB Thrusters with the 26s
  • 20 Double KB Half-Snatches with the 26s
