- A few bites of full fat cottage cheese

- 2 squares of 60% cacao dark chocolate
*Kind of snacky for a good chunk of the day; not much sounded good...
6:45PM
- Big bowl of gumbo
- A few handfuls of tortilla chips
- Small glass of sweet red wine
