- 2 Chocolate-Coconut-Banana balls: 2 large bananas mashed and mixed with 2T unsweetened cocoa powder (1T would have been plenty), a spoonful of almond butter, 2 big spoonfuls of unsweetened shredded coconut and a little salt. Freeze...This, for me, made 10 balls
* Yep, a bit of a coconut-y day! Not really on purpose, just happened that way. =)

- A bunch of sliced jicama with a little lime juice
