** Sunday was my "Funday"! No training and my nutrition was relaxed (about 50/50). Monday went well until about 2 and took a dump. Was just a really funky off day for me.
NUTRITION:
6:50AM
- Cup of coffee with creamer
8:25AM
- Protein Fruit Smoothie: Scoop of vanilla whey, 1/2C unsweetened almond milk, 1/2C water, 1C frozen mixed berries, cinnamon & a little truvia
11:15AM
- Cup of full fat cottage cheese w/ground pepper
1:40PM
- Handful of plain almonds
2:15PM
- A cobb style salad w/a little ranch
4:10PM
- Scoop of vanilla whey mixed with special dark unsweetened cocoa powder, cinnamon, 1T natural peanut butter, 1/2C unsweetened almond milk, 1/2C water
7:30PM
- Sirloin steak with mushrooms sauteed in butter
- Half a sweet potato with butter & cinnamon
NOV. 7th
7:30AM
- 1/2C of coffee with creamer
9:45AM
- 1egg + 1/2C whites cooked in olive oil spray, salt/peppered and with a sliced, salted roma tomato on the side
- 1 small banana
12:45PM
- 1C plain greek yogurt with 1/2C plain granola, cinnamon & stevia
- My son's leftover kids hamburger from Carl's Jr
3:45PM
- 2 boiled eggs w/salt
6:25PM
- Spaghetti with broccoli, shrimp, andouille sausage & alfredo sauce. Topped with fresh diced tomato
TRAINING:
Morning:
- 50 burpees w/pushup (planned to do the remaining 50 in the evening but tweaked my back during deadlifts)
5:40PM
- Deadlifts:
- 1x5 @ 225lbs
- 1x5 @ 200lbs
- 5x5 @ 185lbs
- DBL KB Presses:
- 1x5 w/the 44s
- 1x5 w/the 35s
- 20x5 w/the 26s (30 sec between each set on these. Could have probably done a few more sets but shoulders were pretty fired up)
Nov. 7th
- 100 Burpees w/pushup
