Nutrition/Training Log: November 2, 2012

NUTRITION:

7:50AM

- Cup of coffee with creamer

9:00AM

- 1 egg + 1/2C whites cooked in olive oil spray & salt/peppered

- 1 sliced jazz apple with a bunch of cinnamon

12:00PM

- Scoop of vanilla whey with 1T special dark unsweetened cocoa, 1/2C unsweetened almond milk, 1/2C water, 1T natural peanut butter

3:10PM

- Shredded chicken (breast/thigh) mixed with a few chopped baby carrots, half an avocado & little soy sauce. Wrapped with two red leaf lettuce leaves

6:15PM

- Petite sirloin steak seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper

- Green beans cooked in butter & minced garlic. Seasoned with salt/pepper & topped with pecan chips

8:45PM

- 2 celery sticks with 2T natural peanut butter

- 1 string cheese

TRAINING:

8:30AM

- 50 Burpees w/Pushup

10:30AM

- The remaining 50 Burpees
