- 1C plain Greek yogurt with 1/2C plain granola & truvia

- Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad (Minus the fried jalapeno slices. This was yummy except it made me bloated as hell the rest of the day...grrr)

- Scoop of vanilla whey blended with 1T special dark unsweetened cocoa, 1/2C unsweetened almond milk, 1C water, 1/2C cooked oatmeal & ice

- A bunch of roasted chicken breast (Walmart)
- Butternut squash with cinnamon

- 100 Burpees w/pushup

- 100ft Overhead Walking Lunges w/the 35
- 12 Snatches w/the 44
- Repeat Overhead Lunges
- 20 2-Arm Swings w/the 70
- Repeat Overhead Lunges
- 9 Knees 2 Elbows
