Nutrition/Training Log: November 1, 2012 (Burpee Challenge Begins!)

NUTRITION:
* Trying something new with my nutrition, so things will look a little different than what might be normal for me

5:50AM

- Cup of coffee w/creamer

7:40AM

- 1 egg + 4 whites cooked in a little olive oil spray & salt/peppered

- Half a medium banana

10:45AM

- 1C plain Greek yogurt with 1/2C plain granola & truvia

12:28PM

- Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad (Minus the fried jalapeno slices. This was yummy except it made me bloated as hell the rest of the day...grrr)

3:45PM

- Scoop of vanilla whey blended with 1T special dark unsweetened cocoa, 1/2C unsweetened almond milk, 1C water, 1/2C cooked oatmeal & ice

7:05PM

- A bunch of roasted chicken breast (Walmart)

- Butternut squash with cinnamon

TRAINING:

6:28AM

- 100 Burpees  w/pushup

5:20PM

- 3 Rounds:

  • 100ft Overhead Walking Lunges w/the 35
  • 12 Snatches w/the 44
  • Repeat Overhead Lunges
  • 20 2-Arm Swings w/the 70
  • Repeat Overhead Lunges
  • 9 Knees 2 Elbows
