- Kale & Banana Smoothie: 2 chopped kale leaves, 1 medium green banana, 3 baby carrots, a teaspoon full of creamy almond butter, a cup of unsweetened almond milk, a bit less than 1/4C full fat coconut milk, a little vanilla, ice. Pulverized everything in my blender.
1:00PM
- BBQed chicken leg/thigh
- Half an avocado with ground pepper
- Several cucumber slices with salt
- 4 Brazil nuts
- Handful of plantain chips
3:15PM
- 1 unsweetened chocolate almond butter cup (these are gone now)
- Some baby carrots dipped in almond butter
3:45PM
- Several kale chips (did them with olive oil & salt and another batch with garlic salt...yummy)
6:45PM
- Big bowl of spaghetti using spaghetti squash
*No workout today...
