9:15AM

- 1 egg fried in butter

- 2 strips of bacon

- An Apple/Kale Smoothie: Half a granny smith apple, 1C chopped kale, juice of half a meyer lemon, a small piece of banana, a little water & a handful of ice

12:00PM

- 2 slices of smoked turkey & 4 thin slices of ham all smeared with dijon mustard

- 1C butternut squash with butter & cinnamon

3:30PM

- 1 white mushroom

- 1 celery stalk and a bunch of baby carrots dipped in almond butter

7:15PM

- 2 beef patties with pickles and mustard

- 5 or 6 small slices of pickled beet

8:15PM

- Dairy free chocolate pudding (one avocado, one medium banana, 1/4C unsweetened almond milk, 4T unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4tsp vanilla, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a dash of salt) I ate about half the recipe


TRAINING:


5:30PM

- Warmup with 3 TGUs per side

- 12 Rounds with no more than 2min rest between rounds:

  • 5 Double KB Clean/Press: Alternated the 26s with the 35s for the first 5 rounds. Did the remaining 7 rounds with the 35s
  • 6 Medicine Ball slams

- 20 Knee Raises
