I have some nasty soreness and swelling on one of my knees from doing some martial art thing weeks ago that probably messed it up. I vacuum and mop the training floor of my gym every day. Starting a new habit of leaving a kettlebell at the end and doing sets of swings as I get from one end to the other. I left a 24kg at the end and did a set after every "lap" with the vacuum and then the mop. It is a great way to get a little extra low-level movement into the day.

Did these at the range today during some timed strings of fire on a 1/4 size IPSC steel silhouette at 15yds.
