20 MINUTES OF STAIR SPRINTS. SPRINT UP, WALK DOWN. REPEAT FOR 20 MINUTES. UNKNOWN ROUNDS @ 55 STEPS PER ROUND. FELT PRETTY SCREWED UP FOR THE REST OF THE DAY.

On 04/07, after the double day, I hit a ton of white rice with a bunch of chicken and vegetables. (Carb refuel).

Felt kinda "hung over" after all the carbs.

9am-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

1 scoop Carnivore protein

handful of raw almonds

fish oil

vitamin D

1pm-

preworkout: 1 scoop BSN HyperFX

230pm-

1 scoop Carnivore protein mixed in 16oz of coconut milk, with 1 tbsp. of raw palm sugar

1 whole avocado with lime, salt and pepper

small bowl of raw almonds and raw coconut flakes

fish oil

10pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

huge chunk of steak

2 whole steamed broccoli crowns with tons of butter and grated parmesean cheese on them

8oz of dry, red wine

fish oil

vitamin D

About 1130pm, I will hit the Zn, Mg, and B6.
