1 chicken breast with a bunch of coconut oil melted on it

4pm-(preworkout)

300mg caffeine

930pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

about 1lb of grassfed beef made into hamburgers with romaine lettuce wraps

huge spinach, salad with a whole avocado and a bunch of other veggies, with a handful of raw sunflower seeds

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
