32 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS. MAX EFFORT DAY. 60 SECONDS REST BETWEEN EACH, SO IT TURNED INTO ABOUT AN HOUR OF MAX EFFORT INTERVALS. LEFT THE SCHOOL WITH NOTHING AT ALL LEFT.

5 ROUNDS OF...

DOUBLE 24KG KETTLEBELL SWINGS IN SETS OF 6, 10, 14, 20 SUPERSETTED WITH 24KG WEIGHTED DIPS.

NUTRITION:

Ate very little during the day, and then pigged out on sushi after training in the night. Carb refill for the week.

8am-

1 scoop BSN Hyper FX

10am-(postworkout)

1.5 scoops of VPX Synthesize. Nothing more than some aminos with a fancy label. Not worth paying full price for, but it was in the markdown bin. Not bad stuff really.

1pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

several strips of bacon, 1/2 a huge avocado, some roma tomato, and jarlsberg cheese, cut up and made into little "sandwiches"

vitamin D

9pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

about 1lb of grilled flank steak

huge amount of steamed broccoli with lemon, about a 1/4 stick of butter, and a bunch of lemon pepper seasoning.
