several strips of bacon, 1/2 a huge avocado, some roma tomato, and jarlsberg cheese, cut up and made into little "sandwiches"

huge amount of steamed broccoli with lemon, about a 1/4 stick of butter, and a bunch of lemon pepper seasoning.
