Took an easy training week last week in preparation for two days of training with Steve Maxwell. I took a bodyweight conditioning course and a mobility conditioning course. Tons of great information and confirmation that what I have been doing is spot on.
Catching up on logs for the past few weeks:

RAN THROUGH THE RACK OF KETTLEBELLS FROM 16KG-32KG 4X, SUPERSETTD WITH LADDER SETS OF PULLUPS.

A rest day, for the most part. I did go on a 3 hour horse ride (for the first time in about 20 years), so even though we didn't go real fast, it was still fast enough I had to work.

NUTRITION:
Nutrition has been strict. Training has been light, so it has to be. The only more or less cheat meals have been 2 one the road in the form of gluten free pizza, since there were some good options where we were at and there really are none locally.
