12PM-
I vacuum and mop the training floor of my gym every day. Starting a new habit of leaving a kettlebell at the end and doing sets of swings as I get from one end to the other. I left a 24kg at the end and did a set after every "lap" with the vacuum and then the mop. It is a great way to get a little extra low-level movement into the day.

2pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

6-egg omelette with local farm-raised chicken eggs, with some green onions and mushrooms, and some local organic habanero salsa.

about 1oz of Kerrygold sharp cheddar cheese

5000iu vitamin D

fish oil

4pm-

300mg caffeine/green tea

930pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

1lb double bison burger on a portabello mushroom

huge salad with homemade dressing

red wine

fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

11pm-
