4 Ladders 1-3 reps: 240 swings with 44lb KB, 24 presses 8 of those with 35lb KB, rest with 26lb KB. (Had to start over on ladders because my Halloween week with 2 kids, 3 parties, costume finding, treat making, carving pumpkins, and trick-or-treating, I had no time to even sleep) Oh, also ran for 400yds.

Did 7-9 a minute. Guess thats ok.
Shoulder bugging me a little so going to take it easy the next couple of days and ice it some. Didn't do swings today...felt kinda weird doing my ladder sets and not doing the swings!
