8 MINUTES NON STOP JERKS W/ 26LB 55R/55L WITH ONE HAND SWITCH.. COMPETITION GIVES YOU 10 MINUTES TO COMPLETE THIS NUMBER OF REPS.
I ALSO DID 3 ROUNDS OF SNATCHES 15L/15R, 15 KETTLEBELL PUSH UPS AND 5 KNEES TO ELBOWS

10/27 5 MIN TGU.. DEAD LIFTS 5 X 210 5 X 190

3 X 3 PRESSES W/44 (GONNA MOVE ON TO THE 53LB NEXT TIME)

3 X 3 PULL UPS

FOLLOWED BY 3 QUICK ROUNDS OF 5 MAN HATERS (THE BURPEES WITH DOUBLE KETTLEBELL PUSH PRESS AT THE END) AND 5 KNEES TO ELBOWS... WANTED MORE BUT OUT OF TIME..

10/28 TOOK IT KINDA EASY TODAY. 20 MIN ON THE FIELD WITH A 35LB AND A 44LB .. MAN MAKERS WITH ONE HANDED SWINGS AND SNATCHES.. SWITCHED BACK AND FORTH..

TIME FOR A REST DAY!! (ACCORDING TO JIM)

Seriously......YOU ARE AMAZING!!!! SO COOL that you are training for your ranking. When I get half as strong as you I want to go for that too!!! Major inspiration to me!!
