Used the 35 for my 1st press then the 26.

Since I was at home and had kiddos wanting my attention I didn't rest the whole minute in between and so that upped it for me a little!
I originally designed those workouts with no rest in between. I found that I could press heavier with the rest, but it is a tough workout with no rest.
I have actually thought about doing some kind of modified version of it where you have to do the presses and the swings within the same minute. I'll have to crash test myself on that one.
